Job Title: Facilities & Events Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Operations, Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center (MACC)
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Benefits: Paid Time Off and recognition of most Federal Holidays
Salary: $40,000 annually

The Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center (MACC) is seeking a reliable and flexible Support Staff member to serve as the primary visitor/guest representative for the facility. This full-time role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth coordination of all event rentals and inquiries, while also supporting basic administrative and facility-related functions. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, personable, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a non-traditional, flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Docent Volunteers

Interested in art history or have a background in art? Consider joining our League of Docent Volunteers. We will train you on the specifics of our collection and current exhibition. We need docents for tour groups, school field trips, special events, and some evenings.
