The total renovation of the Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center will create a cultural and community campus including a climate-controlled art museum to house one of the finest impressionist art collections in the Midwest and the Martha-Ellen Tye Playhouse will become one of the premier playhouses in the State of Iowa.
We have raised $6.6 million dollars of the $ 8.8 million needed.
